The Conservation Roundtable

Information for Speakers

The Conservation Round Table is a bi-monthly breakfast and luncheon series that serves as the public affairs forum of the Natural Resources Council of America.

The Council is an association of more than 85 diverse conservation organizations and professional societies dedicated to the responsible management and protection of the nation's natural resources. The chief executive officers of these organizations comprise the Council's membership.

Logistics

Conservation Round Tables are held in Washington, DC. Speakers are traditionally provided 20 minutes for their remarks followed by a short question and answer period.

Breakfasts generally begin with a reception at 8:00 a.m. during which a buffet breakfast is served. The featured speaker's presentation begins at 8:30 a.m., wrapping up the event around 9:15 a.m.

Luncheon events generally begin with a reception at 12:00 p.m. Lunch is served promptly at 12:30 p.m. and the featured speaker's presentation begins at 1:00 p.m., wrapping up the event around 2:00 p.m.
